As an IT consultant at Bizztalent, I have the opportunity to boost my career with the necessary training and support. In this article, I would love to share my experiences regarding onboarding, training, workdays, follow-ups, and education within Bizztalent. Also, what sets this company apart from other IT consulting companies in the industry.

During my initiation at Bizztalent, I was able to take the ITIL 4 course. Within the first two weeks, I had obtained the certificate. This training provided me with a solid foundational knowledge of ITIL principles, enabling me to support end-users optimally and efficiently on projects. The support I received from Bizztalent was always available when needed.

As an IT consultant, I perform two different roles throughout the week: three days as a service desk operator and two days as an IT-desk operator. At the service desk, the focus is mainly on solving issues in Office applications and VPN problems for people working from home. At the IT-desk, the most common problems involve iPhone issues and replacing PCs and iPhones that are due for replacement. Both roles have their mad moments, but there is also time for follow-ups and investigating anomalies in the system.”

I’ve had the opportunity to benefit from two training sessions, namely ITIL 4 and Customer-Oriented Communication, and am about to start AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals).
