My work related to Red Hat revolves around managing Linux servers running various applications. The primary goal is to learn how to work with Red Hat Linux, enabling me to investigate and resolve issues that occur on the servers. What made this challenging for me is that I had just graduated from university, and my knowledge of operating systems was mainly limited to Windows. One of the great features of this job is that you enter a completely new environment and continually discover new processes.
There are various tasks I regularly perform, such as:
“A typical workday starts with reviewing open tickets and resolving them as quickly as possible. This ranges from simple tasks like adding disk space to more complex matters like upgrading software through automation. What I enjoy the most is helping users recover lost files or similar issues. It’s very satisfying to see them happy and relieved that they haven’t lost important data.
It must be challenging for Bizztalent to keep track of so many employees. However, there are regular follow-up sessions. If you have any issues, you can always reach out to HR or your account manager for support.
Regarding the training within Bizztalent, I am more than satisfied. They offer an extensive range of opportunities, and if you come across something interesting or if client-specific training is required, all you need to do is contact HR, and they will find a suitable solution.”
