Bizztalent is looking for a motivated 2nd line/onsite support engineer!

Hi! We are Bizztalent — and we believe in the power of IT-consultancy. But before we put you, our consultant, to work, it is important that you feel comfortable and at ease first. That’s why we always focus on wellbeing — so you can excel in your job, wherever you are.

Are you a real go-getter with a love for IT — and do you want to use this skill to help others? Well, then a job at Bizztalent might be the perfect fit for you. Will you be our newest 2dn line/onsite support engineer? We’ll start by telling you a bit more about the job…

What are you going to do?

As our newest 2nd line onsite support engineer, your job description consists of four different components.

  • First of all, you are responsible for all onsite support and installations.
  • When this is completed, you are the one who trains the users on the new products. If they have any questions or experience difficulties, you are the go-to person to help them.
  • New products usually serve as replacements: you are therefore also responsible for replacing the old infrastructure.
  • And finally, it is also your responsibility to copy the data from the old infrastructure correctly and completely onto the new devices.

Who are we looking for?

Well, a 2nd line onsite support engineer, for starters. And, in an ideal world… that would be you! At least, if you can relate to the following description:

  • You are capable of working independently and have no problem doing so: after all, you’ll sometimes be working alone at a given venue.
  • You are flexible: you will often have to move to different locations — and you find these adjustments a piece of cake.
  • You are easy going and communicative.
  • In addition, you are easily approachable and customer-oriented: as mentioned before, you will train the users — and this requires a certain ease.
  • You know how to handle stress: you will be working in a high pace environment where you have to be able to work at that same pace.

  • You have good knowledge of Office and Office365.
  • You can work with Windows 10.
  • You are able to work with software-pushing tools, such as SCCM and Altiris.
  • You know the basic network infrastructure (CCNA, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, routers, switches, …)
  • You have a basic knowledge of virtualization (VMWare).
  • You have skills as an IT administrator.

What do we offer in return?

Not that unimportant, of course. Because someone with that many skills to offer, needs to be adequately compensated for putting them to use. Discover what we have to offer…

  • The opportunity to carry out various challenging projects in varied environments — and thereby gain an amazing database of knowledge and experience.
