What are you going to do?

As a project/​service manager, planning is your passion. Do you like to be in control and to lead a team? Then read on, because this is what your days could very soon be looking like:

  • You are responsible for the quality, availability, evolution and performance of the IT services provided.
  • You manage and coordinate innovative IT projects and take the operational lead. 
  • You are the SPOC for all service-related questions.
  • You discuss the SLAs with your customers and ensure their follow-up.
  • You are the intermediary and single point of contact for the customer, the development team, the supplier and the management.

Who are we looking for?

A genuine people person, someone who gets energised by working in a team and someone who preferably also has the following skills in their arsenal:

  • You have numerous leadership skills: people management is what makes you happy.
  • Your planning and organisational skills are unparalleled.
  • You are immune to stress and are not thrown off course by tight deadlines or unexpected changes.
  • You are very communicative, so a tight customer focus is second nature to you.
  • You are known for your expertise in the sector and the qualitative approach you take to each project.
  • Thanks to your unique analytical thinking abilities, your problem solving skills are something that every team can benefit from.

  • You are familiar with the IT Operations Management disciplines.
  • You know all about process optimization.
  • You know what change management procedures are.
  • You have had a similar experience in other large IT environments.
  • You are a pro at budget and quality management.
  • You can work fluently with ITIL and are familiar with Prince2.
  • You know the ins and outs of asset and service management.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
