What are you going to do?
As a Project/Service Manager, planning is your passion. Do you like to be in control and to lead a team? Then read on, because this is what your days could very soon be looking like:
- You are responsible for the quality, availability, evolution and performance of the IT services provided.
- You manage and coordinate innovative IT projects and take the operational lead.
- You are the SPOC for all service-related questions.
- You discuss the SLAs with your customers and ensure their follow-up.
- You are the intermediary and single point of contact for the customer, the development team, the supplier and the management.
Who are we looking for?
A genuine people person, someone who gets energised by working in a team and someone who preferably also has the following skills in their arsenal:
- You have numerous leadership skills: people management is what makes you happy.
- Your planning and organisational skills are unparalleled.
- You are immune to stress and are not thrown off course by tight deadlines or unexpected changes.
