Bizztalent is looking for a recruitment consultant

What are you going to do?

First and foremost: becoming part of a successful consultancy firm that currently employs over 130 IT consultants in Belgium. And as our newest recruitment consultant, you can expect the following challenges:

  • You are our go-to person for bringing in high-quality candidates. After your inhouse orientation period, you are able to identify the right profiles.
  • Your charm and powers of persuasion know no bounds — and you use them to invite our candidates for a personal interview in our Antwerp office.
  • After an hour-long interview, you know perfectly whether you have the right candidate in front of you — and you can effortlessly link them to one of our open projects.
  • You know the requirements of our clients and can employ consultants under the right conditions.
  • You are eager to develop a good understanding of the IT consultancy market - and can approach all of its players in Dutch, English and French. (Ps: for French, moderate knowledge is totally okay)
  • You also take on the role of account manager: you manage your own client portfolio and call on your creativity when organising business events and job fairs.

  • You have no problem with independent work.
  • You are fluent and communicative: you will be meeting a lot of people, who should feel comfortable with you.
  • You love your job and are eager to learn more.
  • Customer focus is a must: after all, your job is to make the client and consultant as comfortable as possible.
  • You already have experience in the consultancy sector — or have been prepared for a similar position during your Bachelor’s studies.
  • You are performance-oriented and strongly support our retention policy.
  • We don’t expect you to be in the office 247, but from time to time you are willing to be a bit more flexible when it comes to working hours.
