What are you going to do?

First and foremost: becoming part of a successful consultancy firm that currently employs over 130 IT consultants in Belgium. And as our newest HR & Talent Expert, you can expect the following challenges:

  • You are responsible for a complete follow-up of our consultants and work together with the HR and Recruitment Managers.
  • Talent development is in your blood, so everyone knows how to find you for a personal growth and training program.
  • You ask for feedback from the clients and schedule feedback interviews.
  • Since we consider the unburdening of our consultants to be of paramount importance, you actively contribute to our retention policy.
  • You map out the technical IT competences and skills so that a good match can be made quickly.
  • Thanks to you, consultants are always on a suitable project, and you also provide a good flow to new projects.
  • You know the interests of our clients and can employ consultants under the right conditions.
  • You follow up and extend current contracts.

Who are we looking for?

With a bit of luck? You, of course! That is, if you meet the following characteristics:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in (IT) recruitment, experience within consultancy is a big plus.
  • You know how to conduct evaluations - or were prepared for a similar role during your bachelor’s studies.
  • Customer focus is a must: after all, your job is to make the client and consultant as comfortable as possible.
  • You are communicative, assertive and a real problem solver: you come into contact with many people who need to feel at ease with you.
  • You speak fluent Dutch, French and English.
