Bizztalent is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist

For the coming years we are on a mission to grow and become a reference in the Belgian IT-staffing market. And as a Business Development Specialist you will be one of the driving forces behind this growth.

What are you going to do?

First and foremost: Becoming a vital part of our commercial growth for the coming years. Your main focus will be on:

  • Business Development: You’ll spot opportunities and open doors to generate new business. In doing so, you make sure that prospects are aware of the benefits that an IT-staffing solution brings them. Besides this, you also follow up on inbound leads.
  • Account Management: You’ll follow up on existing relationships to improve our services and upsell where possible.
  • Strategy: As you are at the forefront of our commercial success, you spot opportunities to improve our way of working. At Bizztalent we like to automate our outreach task (ex.: cold mailing) as much as possible, so together with our Sales Manager you explore new ways to improve the process and accelerate the business in a more efficient way.
As a strong brand is key in our business, you will be supported by our Marketing team to develop your personal brand and accelerate your inbound lead engine. Teamwork is the core of our culture, and you’ll work closely with the Recruitment and Talent department to boost success.

What will your first weeks look like?

PHASE 1WEEK 1: Onboarding
  • Deep dive into our vision, mission & ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Get acquainted with the current tool stack & sales cadence
  • Quick Q&A with key stakeholders within the team (Marketing, Recruitment, Competence, …)
PHASE 2WEEKS 24: Sales warm-up
  • Warm up your domain and sales outreach
  • Familiarize yourself with our background & USP’s (shadowing colleagues)
  • Define a strategy to build your personal brand through LinkedIn
  • Set up and prepare your first outbound campaign
PHASE 3WEEK 5 onwards: Sales execution
  • Start your lead generation & spot opportunities
  • Onboard your first new clients

Who are we looking for?

With a bit of luck? You, of course! That is, if you meet the following characteristics:

  • Experience: You have at least a first relevant work experience within Recruitment or Sales (IT and Consultancy is a plus!). If you can offer more experience then of course this is also excellent!
  • Interests: You get a kick out of building new business, growing revenue & margin & hitting your targets. Building relationships comes naturally to you and gives you a lot of energy.
  • Languages: You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
