For the coming years we are on a mission to grow and become a reference in the Belgian IT-staffing market. And as a Business Development Specialist you will be one of the driving forces behind this growth.
What are you going to do?
First and foremost: Becoming a vital part of our commercial growth for the coming years. Your main focus will be on:
- Business Development: You’ll spot opportunities and open doors to generate new business. In doing so, you make sure that prospects are aware of the benefits that an IT-staffing solution brings them. Besides this, you also follow up on inbound leads.
- Account Management: You’ll follow up on existing relationships to improve our services and upsell where possible.
- Strategy: As you are at the forefront of our commercial success, you spot opportunities to improve our way of working. At Bizztalent we like to automate our outreach task (ex.: cold mailing) as much as possible, so together with our Sales Manager you explore new ways to improve the process and accelerate the business in a more efficient way.
As a strong brand is key in our business, you will be supported by our Marketing team to develop your personal brand and accelerate your inbound lead engine. Teamwork is the core of our culture, and you’ll work closely with the Recruitment and Talent department to boost success.
